The Fashion in Detail books from the V&A Museum were also mentioned frequently. Your favorite fashion books include lots of great titles: Dressed for the Photographer (Joan Severa), Edith Head (Jay Jorgensen), When Clothes Become Fashion: Design and Innovation Systems (Ingrid Loscheck), The Little Book of Fashion (Christian Dior) and many others. In Carey's words, "My most recent purchases were the Fashion in Detail series and they are lovely to look at. I think my favourite is still The Complete Costume History by Auguste Racinte.
