Duckhorn's Jim Fallon was on hand at the South Coast Plaza restaurant to host the tasting, with Chef de Cuisine Ron Lee preparing dishes including crustacean shaken beef with Chinese broccoli, Dungeness crab wontons with peanut mustard sauce, and An's famous garlic noodles.

The sold-out event raised money to enhance the FIDM Museum's collections of historically important fashion, textiles, and accessories. The museum, a nonprofit 501(c)3 institution, depends on donations; admission to the galleries is always free.
