Join the FIDM Museum Fashion Council on Saturday, December 9 for the opening of Thierry Mugler: Alien to Angel, an exhibition exploring the unconventional and otherworldly work of Parisian designer Thierry Mugler. The lecture day will feature an in-depth look at Mugler’s career, his inspiration from classic film costume, and the raucous French fashion scene at New York’s Henri Bendel department store in the 1980s and 90s. To get in the mood for all things Gallic, a delicious French-themed luncheon will be served.
